Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital acquisition projects for consumer segment
  • Responsible for planning on acquisition strategy to meet acquisition KPI
  • Formulate plans on the adoption of latest market technology to facilitate account opening process
  • Overall management of digital projects on Internet and Mobile Banking through the whole development cycle on business proposal preparation, vendor selection, user requirement formation, project testing and execution management
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management
  • Ensure collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners, operation units and end user
  • Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Enhance the UX and flow on the usage of respective digital channels
  • Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design
  • Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
  • Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in digital product/service development and exposure on consumer segment
  • Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
  • Good understanding on account opening process
  • Solid project management experience in banking/finance industry
  • Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control
  • Knowledge of latest Fintech, digital landscape and trends, innovative and details-oriented
  • Experience in deploying sizable system revamp with tracked result
  • Strong stakeholders, developer and partners management skill
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skill
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
  • Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel -
