Position Summary:

As a global company headquartered in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Assistant Vice President of Talent & Organization Development to assist on setting up deployment and execution plan of a robust talent and Organization Development framework in order to support business strategy. In this role, you should be passionate about organization development, talent growth and digital learning technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive digital learning & development platforms leveraging just-in-time & bite-sized approach on top of traditional learning / education offerings
  • Enable technology and cultural shifts for self-owned career development & coaching / mentoring networks
  • Build effective change management, develop and drive global talent development community for supporting talent management and succession planning cycle
  • Account for ensuring Group policies and standards for governance and best practice of staff development mandate
  • Support HRIS deployment and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with over 15 years of cultural change experience in HR, marketing or strategy team
  • Experience in driving organization transformation, cultural change and digital transformation through digital & social learning engines deployment; one to many or many to many development platforms / networks building
  • A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong learning agility
  • Client-centric, strong networking skills to build collaborative relationships and result-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and execute multiple projects and actions plans in a virtual, matrix and fast pace management environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in HRIS roll out will be an advantage
