Position Summary:

As a global company headquartered in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Assistant Vice President of Talent & Organization Development to assist on setting up deployment and execution plan of a robust talent and Organization Development framework in order to support business strategy. In this role, you should be passionate about organization development, talent growth and digital learning technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall design and execution of core leadership development framework and curriculum for High Potential future leaders & Graduate Trainee, in ensuring program effectiveness in building leadership skills to meet current and future business needs
  • Enable & facilitate the building of a development platform for high potential / critical talent with key elements on augmenting exposure; enhancing experience and maximising education.
  • Architect succession planning and key skill resources acquisition
  • Provide consultation and end-to-end solutions by partnering with Business HR team and key stakeholders for on-demand business development needs
  • Drive organisation adoption & revamp of leadership behaviour anchors
  • Support implementation & adoption of the Learning Management System (LMS) in HRIS deployment from user requirement solicitation to envisioning of the future LMS to enable the vision of bite size / just in time learning and ad hoc projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with over 15 years of relevant experience and proven track record in design, delivery and evaluation of leadership development and succession planning in sizeable organizations and international exposure
  • A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong learning agility
  • Client-centric, strong networking skills to build collaborative relationships and result-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and execute multiple projects and actions plans in a virtual and matrix management environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage)
  • Certification on key leadership assessment tools such as Hogan / DISC / MBTI and the adoption of use in large corporation
  • Prior experience in HRIS roll out will be an advantage
