Assistant Vice President, Operation Efficiency & Technology Enablement

  • Support Team Lead to manage the project portfolio for the Operation Efficiency (OE) Workstream.
  • Streamline the end-to-end processes to deliver financial results.
  • Lead a team to handle end-to-end technology enablement for a wide range of projects.
  • Plan, manage and report all aspects of User Acceptance Test (UAT) for a wide range of projects.
  • Define testing strategy, policy and testing approach to ensure the resources are optimized and utilized.
  • Monitor the UAT progress to ensure the projects are completed on-time, within budget and with desired quality.
  • Understand the limitations and issues of existing testing processes and recommend improvement initiative.
  • Assist business owners to facilitate continuous monitoring of projects after launch and evaluate the benefit realization achievement.


  • Degree holder with 8 years of experience in leading process analysis/process improvement/project management and UATs, preferably gained in banking or financial industry.
  • Experience in managing projects of operation process improvement to enhance efficiency, service quality and customer experience.
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment, with comprehensive understanding of testing and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships and work effectively with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders.
  • Ownership mind-set, analytical and open-minded with strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal and project management skills.
  •  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
