Assistant Vice President, Team Head - Customer Services Department (Outbound Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and drive the outbound team to achieve the assigned business target and preset service standard
  • Ensure the operation process and all outbound activities are fully complied with the internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage outbound resources planning and liaise with key stakeholders to formulate effective outbound campaign
  • Monitor and ensure all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Carry out investigations and work closely with relevant parties in resolving disputes and drawing up replies to customers, regulatory bodies and external parties
  • Prepare management reports on complaints and outbound calls on a regular basis
  • Take up ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Possess IIQE and HKSI qualifications
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
  • Proven Project Management Skills will be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English, good command in Mandarin
