Assistant Vice President, Training (Retail Banking)

Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and future training and development needs
  • Design training curriculums/programs in accordance with the Bank's business and people strategies
  • Develop training materials of e-learning courses
  • Deliver Sales & Service training courses for new and existing sales, and training programs on management skills and banking operations
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
  • Develop learning roadmap to facilitate staff development
  • Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, preferably with CFP/CFMT qualification
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in banking industry
  • Good knowledge of banking operations
  • Basic knowledge of operating training video production equipment
  • Exposure to design training programs through e-learning platform
  • Good understanding of training trends, developments and best practices in market
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, presentation and people skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
