Identify current and future training and development needs
Design training curriculums/programs in accordance with the Bank's business and people strategies
Develop training materials of e-learning courses
Deliver Sales & Service training courses for new and existing sales, and training programs on management skills and banking operations
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
Develop learning roadmap to facilitate staff development
Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required
Minimum 15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in banking industry
Experience in Business Human Resources or Generalist is preferred
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
