  • Prepare budget, forecast and analysis for Wealth Managementt (WM) Products and sale coverage through in depth understanding of business dynamic and macro environment changes.

  • Carry out WM Finance strategic priorities via developing, communicating, and monitoring team member goals.

  • Monitor cost against budget /latest committed forecast via data collection and frequent update from stakeholders.

  • Ensure WM NPAs are properly reviewed and documented to assure new product and services are complied with accounting standard and policy through co-work with other Finance team Subject Matter Expert comment gathering and resolve any issues with policy holder.

  • Ensure and improve existing internal control procedures on revenue and expense booking through periodic review of department process.

  • Support data analytics projects and be able to recommend business actions based on data.


  • MBA / Degree in Business Admin, Accounting or Finance etc.

  • Qualified Accountant, CFA

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions with good understanding of banking business

  • Strong Wealth Management Product and Financial Knowledge; Possess Accounting Standard Knowledge for Investments / WM products

  • Good communication and inter-personal skills to co-ordinate and obtain input from various departments.

  • A team player to work together and share information with various Finance teams as appropriate. Be able to collaborate in an agile organization.

  • Prior managerial experience and can lead a small team

  • Strong analytical skills and numerical reasoning. Proficient in English. Conversational Chinese / Putonghua.
