Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-stop and all-rounded HR advisory service to designated business/support units to achieve their business plan, covering end-to-end recruitment services, manpower planning, staff engagement and development, staff relations and counseling, staff performance management and all people-related agenda
  • Work closely with the line managers in the year-end bonus and salary review exercise
  • Review and streamline HR policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency
  • Propose staff engagement initiatives for proactive staff retention as well as enhancing staff morale and loyalty
  • Ensure all recruitment and HR related activities are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Participate in HR and staff engagement projects

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Around 10 years’ experience in HR with minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP role, preferably in banking/financial services industry
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
