Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business / Financial related discipline, CPA or CFA holder is highly desired
  • 5 years relevant experience in corporate finance field or accounting field
  • Proven track record of successful corporate finance transaction execution
  • Possess Big 4 experience is preferred
  • Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Highly motivated, organized and multi-tasking
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Duties:
  • Support the execution of fund raising, IPO processes, M&A transactions and other corporate activities
  • Assist in formulating Business Plan and corporate strategies
  • Prepare presentations, pitching materials and various work documentations
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis, investment evaluation, financial modeling and valuation
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
