Assistant Warehouse Manager (Location: Fanling)

Job Roles:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the operation to ensure the area of costing, operation efficiency, merchandise delivery, inventory management and space utilization run effectively and efficiently
• Train up the operation teams in Hong Kong
• Manage procurement and service tenders on logistics and set up services
• Re-align purchase terms and price negotiations with factories and monitor the performance of third party logistics service providers.
• Identify ongoing cost savings and service improvement
• Develop internal and external KPIs for governing operational safety and service performance
• Conduct lean training and implement lean concepts across the enterprise
   

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management of Purchasing
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level, preferable from Fashion Retail industry
• Distribution Center design and setup experience is a must
• Highly numerated, logical thinking with strong negotiation tactics and hands on problem solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work hours: 13:30 - 22:30
