Assistant/Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies to achieve portfolio objectives
  • Assist with market research and developing marketing strategies for new developments and existing portfolio
  • Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities and proactively manage expiring leases to maximize rental income
  • Prepare financial analysis for justification of leasing transactions, and analyze leasing data for consolidation into reports
  • Prepare leasing documents and approvals and ensure timely execution
  • Work with relevant internal teams to coordinate upgrade works and ensure timely delivery of leased premises to customers
  • Proactively establish and develop relationships with leasing agents and other industry stakeholders
  • Any other duties as required by your supervisor or the Company


Skills & Qualifications:  

  •  Degree holder in real estate or related disciplines.  Member of HKIS/ RICS preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in leasing and marketing with proven track record in industrial/ commercial or retail properties in Hong Kong.
  • Proven track record in leasing industrial/ commercial properties with ability to effectively manage lease transactions from lease negotiations to handover
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Sound business acumen with strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
  • Computer literate and numerically astute with good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated and fast learning with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
