Assist in coordinating, executing and arranging of learning activities on a daily basis.
Assist in training administrative tasks including but not limited to consolidating and compiling of training data and reports.
Support the implementation of strategic learning initiatives and projects by collaborating with business stakeholders and external vendors.
Support in reviewing and updating of training content.
Complete any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Training experience in Corporate Banking, Risk and Compliance, Anti-Money-Laundering Training, etc. is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & development, Economics, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines.
Preferably with working experience in training administration and support.
Proven competencies in Excel data collection and analytical skills, training report writing and presentation skills are required
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Self-motivated, responsible, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
