  • Assist in coordinating, executing and arranging of learning activities on a daily basis.
  • Assist in training administrative tasks including but not limited to consolidating and compiling of training data and reports.
  • Support the implementation of strategic learning initiatives and projects by collaborating with business stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Support in reviewing and updating of training content.
  • Complete any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Training experience in Corporate Banking, Risk and Compliance, Anti-Money-Laundering Training, etc. is preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & development, Economics, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines.
  • Preferably with working experience in training administration and support.
  • Proven competencies in Excel data collection and analytical skills, training report writing and presentation skills are required
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Self-motivated, responsible, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
