Assitant Manager - Account and Admin.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage full set of Accounts for finance company
  • As a checker role to accounting department in expenses claims and accounting entries. 
  • Provide administrative and HR support to the Executives
  • Maintain staff information and benef;
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as required

 

 Requirements:

 

  • U grad.  in account, business or relevant discipline
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in Accounting and Administration, with working experience in MNC or finance company prefer
  • LCC Intermediate level or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Strong in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
