Assistant Manager - Knowledge & Document Management

 

Duties:

  • Assist in searching and providing information to internal users
  • Assist in maintain and update the knowledge & document management system like tagging, classification, etc
  • Manage the library and resource centre
  • Assistant and manage the translators
  • Responsible for internal documents distributions (like reports, newsletter, etc)

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Library, Knowledge Management, Information Management or any related disciplines
  • 6 years or above solid working experience in library service, professional services (like law firm, architectural firm, accounting firm), corporate resources centre, news & media corporation, etc
  • Experience in working and supervisory for a library or a resource centre is a MUST
  • Patient, team-work, good communication skills
  • Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Reading Chinese is a MUST)
