Handle daily authorization approval require by phone, fax or email
Conduct daily batch authorization request
Timely review suspicious alert from supervisor printer
Handle daily authorization tasks and meet service standard
Conduct transaction confirmation with counterparts (Issuing and Acquiring)
Manage shift duties and replacement for sudden/unexpected leave
Support 24 hours lost card reporting
Support non-office hour customer service call from Card, Banking, Wing Hang Credit and Macau
Keep timely update and report any suspicious transactions and fraud trending to Fraud Team
Monitor authorization email, fax or phone
Ensure lost/stolen card reports are properly processed and issue replacement
Conduct analysis and recommendation to revise velocity parameter to combat fraud
Requirements
Diploma or above
Card Business working experience preferred.
Able to work under pressure. Problem solving, good leadership, supervisory and MS Office skills
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
