Responsible for handling fixed deposits, remittance and safety box works
Prepare reports for branch operations business
Support branch in operations enquiries
Provide administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping
Perform counter service if required
Take up ad hoc projects as assigned
Post-secondary educated or above
Minimum 1 year of branch operations experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Work Location: Tsuen Wan
