Role Responsibilities

  • Assist Segment Director to develop & maintain Business Banking (BB) Proposition.
  • Design, Plan, implement, execute and monitoring effectiveness of events to adopt BB sales and marketing strategy and enhance Brand image.
  • Assist Segment Director and Segment head to effectively plan, utilize and monitor marketing budget.

Strategy

  • Establish and address agenda of top issues / opportunities to improve performance and growth ensuring a robust sales/performance management system for optimal productivity & efficiency.
  • Develop, rollout, maintain and where applicable, recommend procedures and controls that meet / strengthen the requirements of Group’s acquisition and deepening programmes for country.
  • Responsible for managing opportunity and risk associated with Acquisition / Deepening / Client Centre teams.
  • Own Client Research agenda & define TAT targets for key products and launch Service Guarantees.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve issues across business/functions in ways that maximize performance for Business Clients overall.
  • Assist Line Manager to establish and address agenda of top issues/opportunities to improve performance and growth ensuring a robust sales / performance management system for optimal productivity & efficiency.
  • Develop, rollout, maintain and where applicable, recommend procedures and controls that meet/strengthen the requirements of Group’s acquisition and deepening programmes for country.
  • Responsible for managing opportunity and risk, define additional/enhance process flow associated with Acquisition / Deepening/Client Centre teams.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve issues across business / functions in ways that maximize performance for Business Banking overall.

Business

  • Marketing Event and Sponsorship / Business Banking Lending Products.
  • Optimize portfolio return through improving promotion targeting, setting pricing strategy, credit facility utilization stimulation & product enhancements.
  • Acquire new profitable lending customers to grow the lending portfolio.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and credit loss rates within target norms.

Processes

  • Marketing Event and Sponsorship / Business Banking Lending Products.
  • Own E2E process TAT, cost and quality architecture & standards.

  • University graduate with proven experience in corporate or commercial banking, preferably gained through experience in frontline roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners.
  • Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment in the financial services sector.
  • Highly motivated and proven record of delivery within challenging time-scale.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive projects and implement changes.
  • Proven problem solving skills with the ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions.
