Associate Business Manager/ Business Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Looking for high energy sales professionals in early to mid-career positions who are passionate about selling.
  • Candidates who are onboarded will go through extensive function and product training for Subscription model selling and Digital Marketing products.
  • You will receive support and guidance from your managers, trainers and various organization enablers to move towards your targets 
  •  Your key role will be interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

Responsibility:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned client base and product portfolio, regularly monitor sales forecast

  • Work closely with Internal divisions (Pharma Marketing Divisions, Management office, IT. Etc.) to establish the necessary sales enablement protocols, processes and tools required

  • Drive and enable new business opportunities by exploding to new clients based on information shared by Headquarters

  • Manage pricing, credit control activities among allocated clients
  • Updates and maintain sales and project record through the internal sales management system
Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years’ sales and / marketing experience in service-focused industries (healthcare industry experience/subscription model experience is a plus)
  • Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to persuade at all levels across internal and external stakeholder
  •  A recognized Bachelor's degree; preferably in Life Sciences, Business Management or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Executive
