The Role

Reporting to team Manager, your role is to establish a portfolio in within our Commercial group.

Your role is a broad and dynamic one where you will be responsible for the candidate sourcing, phone screening, candidate interview, on-boarding, payroll, staffs and clients relationship.

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process: list job postings, screening, arranging interviews and on-boarding
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing clients by providing professional hiring solution
  • Attend job fairs and related networking events to generate qualified candidates
  • Assist the team in performing all-round HR functions such as monthly payroll, MPF, on-boarding and off-boarding of outsource staff
  • Perform business development by identifying new opportunities with the potential clients and actively introduce the recruitment services to them
  • All other related ad hoc task assigned by Line Manager

To Qualify

The successful candidate is required to have the following qualities:

  • A minimum 1 years working experience in Recruitment industry or 3 years in Customer Services and Retail Sales
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, problem solving and time management
  • DSE or above
  • Outgoing personality, enjoy meeting people all levels and backgrounds, result-oriented
