Provide credit card service to the existing merchants in accordance with the rules and regulations as stipulated by the Bank and Card Associations
Solicit new merchant accounts, business opportunities and prepare proposals for management approval
Provide cross-team support when necessary
Degree holder with 1 year of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably with sales or customer service experience
Independent and self-driven to achieve target
Outdoor work and handle merchants’ enquiries in non-office hours will be required
Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
More experienced candidate would be considered as Officer – Credit Card (Merchant Service)
