Associate - Credit Card (Merchant Service)

Responsibilities:

• Provide credit card service to the existing merchants in accordance with the rules and regulations as stipulated by the Bank and Card Associations
• Solicit new merchant accounts, business opportunities and prepare proposals for management approval
• Provide cross-team support when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1 year of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably with sales or customer service experience
• Independent and self-driven to achieve target
• Outdoor work and handle merchants’ enquiries in non-office hours will be required
• Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
• PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

More experienced candidate would be considered as Officer – Credit Card (Merchant Service)
