Process ATM / credit card / membership card applications including data input, documents mapping, filing and follow up with customers for outstanding documents
Deliver timely and quality service to customers and handle phone enquiries from customers and branches
Provide administrative support to the department where necessary
Diploma holder or above in Business or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Detail-oriented, with strong customer service and good telephone manner and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is an advantage
Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Working location: Kwai Hing
