The Job

• Clients: A Global Construction Engineering Consultancy
• Position: Associate Director (Building Services) – Engineering Consultancy
• Responsibilities:
• Perform leadership on design and project management of building services projects
• Drive effective project management of building services works, including overall project planning, control and monitor the safety, quality and construction
• Deliver projects to meet client’s needs and maintain solid financial control
• Foster development of expertise among staff
• Salary: $65-90K+, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Holder of RPE / MHKIE / MCIBSE with at least 10 years post-qualification experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team leadership with strong problem solving and analytical skills
