Associate Director, Customer Experience
Opportunities & Responsibility:

To work closely with marketing team, sales team, IT team to lead and implement strategic project to enhance customer experience journey.

To review and analyse statistical data, to advise market trend, customer behaviours for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency
-
To handle customer complaints, feedback review, workflow review, root cause analysis, and provide constructive solution for improvement
-
To provide training and coaching to internal to achieve service excellence
Requirements:
-
Minimum 10 years of working experience in insurance or financial service industry
-
Customer centric and strong customer experience project experience.

Product Knowledge with insurance in MPF, pension, group benefit is needed
-
Strong project management skills and leadership skills in driving project
-
Strong presentation skills and communication skills in English and Chinese.
