The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

Strategy

To drive and connect related digital and wealth initiatives and need-based journey for creating seamless and client obsessed digital wealth onboarding and engagement journey.

Business

  • Support the rollout of different initiatives with integration of need-based journeys to continuously improve digital wealth onboarding journey and client experience on different touch points
  • Support product commercialization to drive wealth adoption via digital channels
  • Deploy sales funnel / micro segmentation strategy with personalized content to drive activation / reactivation
  • Engage client with digital content (CIO content & educational content, market commentary / market watch) via different channels (DTC, mobile, Public Website, Podcast, social medi

Processes

  • To connect and synergize among various hives and squads so the digital wealth onboarding journeys are designed and executed in organized and client-friendly manner.
  • Design process based on Group Process Standard (GPS), and local regulatory guidelines. Ensure journey design is seamless and client obsessed.
  • Support backlog management in planning and driving continuous improvements of digital wealth onboarding and engagement journey
  • Establish sales funnel analytics through online footprint and implement initiatives to drive activation

  • Proactive with excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
  • Demonstrate good project management skills and can-do attitude
  • Collaborate with others to achieve shared objectives

Risk Management

  • Ensure relevant control measures are undertaken as required by Group and local regulatory guideline to minimize risk exposure.
