Associate Director, Marketing & Communications, PBD

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing strategies for high-net-worth individuals, to achieve single-minded customer loyalty and eventually high customer profitability.
• Drive holistic marketing campaigns of multiple touch points and premium experience, to reinforce relationship and create cross-selling opportunities
• Establish and gate-keep the distinguished brand of Private Bank and optimize brand image through various applications
• Identify and formulate partnership to maximize resources and customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner
• Carry out customer profiling and segmentation practices as tools for accurate positioning and contents tailoring
• Conduct project monitoring, post-event evaluation and budgetary control
• Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with legal, compliance and risk control requirements

Job Requirements

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Arts, or related disciplines
• 3-7 years of experience in customer-oriented marketing and promotions, preferably with CRM and loyalty programme exposure
• Banking experience is not mandatory, but good knowledge of private banking and wealth management is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good business network of partners and service providers
• Project ownership, good management and interpersonal skills, an outgoing character is a plus
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
