Drive holistic marketing campaigns of multiple touch points and premium experience, to reinforce relationship and create cross-selling opportunities
Establish and gate-keep the distinguished brand of Private Bank and optimize brand image through various applications
Identify and formulate partnership to maximize resources and customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner
Carry out customer profiling and segmentation practices as tools for accurate positioning and contents tailoring
Conduct project monitoring, post-event evaluation and budgetary control
Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with legal, compliance and risk control requirements
Job Requirements
University graduate with major in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Arts, or related disciplines
3-7 years of experience in customer-oriented marketing and promotions, preferably with CRM and loyalty programme exposure
Banking experience is not mandatory, but good knowledge of private banking and wealth management is a plus
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good business network of partners and service providers
Project ownership, good management and interpersonal skills, an outgoing character is a plus
Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
