Associate Executive - Property Management

  • Assist in the daily operations of managing a designated property portfolio including:
    • handle complaints and enquiries of customers
    • oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties
    • supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors
    • attend regular meetings with Owners’ Committee and liaise with government bodies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
  • Coordinate with internal departments on layout planning and refurbishment works
  • Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by superior


  • Degree holder in property management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in property management
  • Estate agent’s Licence required
  • LCCI Higher Level is an advantage
  • Independence, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and take initiative to work ad hoc tasks
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with solid experience will be considered as Executive – Property Management
