Associate, FICC (Business Support)

  Key Responsibilities  

• Execute and manage CDD operations as well as conduct AML and sanction compliance checking, CDD periodic reviews and trigger event reviews for personal/ corporate clients
• Perform account opening of clients, assess client documentation and KYC package to ensure the accuracy and alignment with legal and compliance requirements
• Proactively engage in internal process reviews with an aim to comply with regulatory or policy changes, as well as to improve customer experience and service turnaround time
• Coordinate with internal parties to facilitate process review of day-to-day routine and projects
• Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in CDD/KYC/client onboarding in Chinese financial institutions preferred
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Strong knowledge of front office operations and regulation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
