That is why alongside their legal experience, our corporate lawyers have additional industry-specific focus - whether it is Banking, Energy, Healthcare, Hospitality and leisure, Insurance, Life sciences, Manufacturing, Technology or other sectors.
We are currently looking to recruit a mid-level Corporate M&A associate ideally specializing in public and private mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate reorganizations and equity and debt capital markets transactions, with a particular emphasis on the emerging markets, insurance, technology, logistics, natural resources and renewable energy sectors.

  • Conducting brief or somewhat more complex research, depending on client needs
  • Managing deal teams and processes from initial discussions through closing and post-closing matters
  • Primary point of contact for clients, opposing counsel and other transactional legal teams
  • Assisting clients with ongoing deal administration
  • Managing and conducting due diligence
  • Providing direct assistance to senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day to service domestic/international clients
  • Attending and presenting educational seminars
  • Exercising good judgment in internal and external written and verbal communications
  • Mentoring and training of junior team-members
  • Attend continuing education classes and contribute to client development initiatives

  • PQE 4-6 years' experience in an international law firm
  • Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news
  • Excellent skills in communication, client relations, and team-working
  • Able to work flexibly to tight deadlines within our fast moving environment
  • Contributes to marketing and business development initiatives
