Associate Officer, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to incoming enquiries via multi-channel in a professional and timely manner
  • Cooperate with branches and departments to resolve customer's requests and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
  • Identify sales opportunities to promote personal loan or credit card products via inbound calls and outbound promotional campaigns
  • Handle and escalate customer feedback when necessary in line with internal guidelines
  • Perform routine clerical tasks and job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant working experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry, preferably in credit card operations
  • Background in telemarketing is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner
  • Able to work flexibly and independently
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Hands on PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
