Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate input of data which may include employer and member enrolment, contribution, change of investment mandate, fund switching and fund re-balancing, change of information, employer and employee termination, etc.
  • Prepare standard letters to clients and documents for imaging
  • Be responsible for document filing and retrieval from warehouse
  • Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent (F.5/DSE graduate with relevant experience will also be considered)
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience with one year in pension fund administration
  • Proficiency in computer skills e.g. Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of MPF PRO or other Pension Fund Administration system
