Associate Planning & Operation Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for purchasing & operation activities from business contracts, sourcing, price negotiation, orders, shipment;
• Collaborate with sales team and liaise with suppliers to drive on time shipment delivery;
• Liaise and support post-contract management activities like handling deliveries discrepancies and monitoring supplier performance;
• Handle full set of shipping I/E documents, liaise with supplier and forwarders for shipment schedule and arrangement;
• Prepare regular reporting and conduct analysis to support business decisions;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder majoring in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or other related subjects with at least 2 years related working experience, with background in purchasing field or manufacturing industry will be a plus;
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Well versed with PC applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Patient, detailed-mind, willing to learn, able to work under pressure;
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Planning & Operation Executive.
