Associate Project Manager (IT PMO)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior IT Programme Manager of PMO for the IT project and process governance
  • Implement established policies, process & governance standards and controls to ensure  all IT projects are aligned with defined methodologies
  • Handle Project CAPEX and OPEX monitoring and analysis
  • Assist in IT project review and analysis
  • Act as a contact point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best
  • practices in project management, process modelling and requirement management
  • Manage functional enhancement and support of the systems/tools owned by PMO
  • Assist in financial and manpower planning activities for the whole IT division

 

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualifications in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • 5-8 years relevant experience in an IT environment, experience in Programme  Management Office (PMO) is preferable
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding in :

o   IT project management methodology and project governance

o   IT financial planning &management

  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is required and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage
