Associate Project Manager (PMO)(SP22)(Contract)

The Department

Information Technology and Sustainability Division will provide innovative technology solutions that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.

The Job

You will:

  • Work with delivery leads and project managers to report on update status and milestone progress on various workstreams and projects in the Programme.
  • Prepare project documentations and administrative support to cope with the Club's standard
  • Maintain and Log Programme Risk, Issue and Dependency Logs to ensure relevancy and correctness
  • Administer Programme Change Requests (CRs) including vendor CRs and tracking the status.
  • Prepare mandatory PDLC artefacts for internal development including supporting evidence
  • Prepare mandatory PDLC artefacts for vendors deliveries and payment milestones including supporting evidence
  • To assist the Programme Lead to manage the cadence adhering to the governance standards and procedures in the Club

About You

You have should:

  • Undergraduate qualifications in IT, Computer Science ,Business or related areas
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant PMO experience
  • A strong understanding of IT project management and status reporting.
  • A good understanding of the Agile methodology and framework.
  • Must demonstrate good knowledge of commercial and contractual issues
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
  • Self- initiator with improvement oriented mindset to help establish new or improved current processes
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is required and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
