• To lead the team to exceed key performance measures in Service Counter/Hotline, in alignment with company’s business direction;
• Process and follow-up service orders, documents and general clerical duties
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• To effectively coach and motivate team members and foster collaboration, by recognizing positive attitude and behavior.
• Report to Customer Service Manager
• Form 5 or above, with relevant working experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good telephone manners with fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure & proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated, customer focused staff, and well organized
• With caring attitude and passion to help customer
• Polite, cheerful and possess good communication skills
• More experience will be consider as Centre Supervisor
