(Asst.) HR & Admin Manager

Our client is mainboard listed company, they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up above positions for their company.

About the role
  • JD for HRM
    • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources function but not limit to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relation, monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, tax filing, staff records maintenance, leave record update and working visa arrangement for Expertise.
    • Handle general office administration duties, including meeting arrangement, office equipment & facilities maintenance, office renovation, security, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase and so on.
    • Supervise the administrative team to be provide efficient administrative support to ensure day-to-day smooth operation and supervise company drivers to provide professional driving manner and attitude for serving Senior Management, Directors and guests.
    • Develop the department as an excellent administrative & HR team to deliver good quality of services for both internal & external parties.
    • Review, formulate and implement company policies & procedures from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory such as Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
    • Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
    • Make constructive advice to Management for general HR and administration matters
    • Perform ad hoc duties as required from time to time
  • Old JD
    • Provide a comprehensive Human Resources service covering the full spectrum of HR activities covering recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training, succession planning, and compensation and benefits.
    • Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance and prepare working visa for Expertise
    • Provide advice and support to the Management Team, and drive strategic and decision making in matters related to HR and admin policy for the company.
    • Update and develop the HR policies and practices to ensure aligned with local legislation.
    • Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
    • Manage a sub-ordinate to handle general office administration duties and office support including meeting arrangement, office equipment; facilities maintenance, office renovation, security, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase and so on
    • Provide support to Administration and HR director
    • Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

What we're looking for
  • JD for HRM
    • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
    • 10 years or above experience of HR & office management, preferably from listed company or sizeable company
    • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Labor Ordinance & related legal regulatory
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills
    • Positive, Proactive, Independent, Self-motivated, Result-Oriented, Systematic, Detail-minded and well-organized
    • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
    • Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Old JD
    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
    • 8 years or above solid HR generalist experiences with at least 3 years at managerial level
    • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment
    • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    • Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule
    • Able to work independently and communicate well with people of diverse background
    • Immediate available is highly preferable.
