Asst HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities: 

  •          Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, leave & attendance records, payroll, MPF administration, medical benefit and insurance renewal etc.
  •          Prepare various HR reports such as leave, headcount report, recruitment processing report and turnover rate report, etc.
  •          Maintain accurate and systematic HR filing system
  •          Responsible for office administration, including preparation of memos, access cards control and vetting of expenses etc.
  •          Formulate and implement HR & administrative policies and procedures
  •          Participate in the implementation of HRIS

Requirements:

  •          Degree Holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
  •          Minimum 4 years of HR experience with 2 years in supervisory level, experienced in creative industry is preferred
  •          Hands-on experience in payroll processing and recruitment a definite advantage
  •          Well versed in employment ordinances and other related legal regulations
  •          Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  •          Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite
  •          Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Salary range: $2 0 ,000 - $ 25 ,000 (depending on qualifications and experiences)
