Asst HR Manager ($24K, Tuen Mun)

Our client is focus in nature resources industry located in Tuen Mun:

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Ensure collaborative work culture in line with company values
• Implement company policy areas (such as staff performance, and health & safety) in line with local regulation and Head Office policies
• Manage recruitment and selection process – Develop job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting and support Line Manager in interviewing and selecting candidates
• Develop (if necessary) and implement HR policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
• Advise on remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits while maintaining clear understanding on local remuneration benchmarking
• Handle daily employee enquiries and employee’s medical insurance issues
• Assist in ad hoc project

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in HR or related disciplines
• At least 3 years experience of HR, Administration, People Management & etc
• Working experiences in Start Up company/business is an advantage
• Experiences in Employer Branding is an added value
• Capable and willing to work under pressure and deadlines
• Excellent personal motivation with a proven ability to build and work collaboratively in a strong team environment, and independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Proficient in MS office

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Working Location: Tuen Mun
15 days Annual Leave
