Job Highlights

The role:             

You will be focusing on the employees health issues and employees wellness and benefits programs.

You are responsible for the following duties:

  • Monitor the health issues of frontline employee and make sure they are physically fit for work and comply with the Company’s prevailing policies
  • Oversee medical related insurance schemes, identify abuse cases and escalates to the management if needed
  • Assist to review medical / health related policies
  • Initiate employees wellness and benefits programs
  • Promote healthy lifestyles
  • Assist in annual Employee Benefit renewal
  • Compile and prepare monthly reports
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors

Skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in human resources management
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skill and proactive attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Wellness Officer (Human Resources)
