Asst. Human Resources Officer - Payroll

The role:                   

You will act as a business partner to provide payroll and staffing services for internal and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for the following duties:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension administration, taxation, annual budgeting, and leave management;
  • Responsible for HR reports and data analysis;
  • Support maintenance, enhancement and implementation of HRIS and other e-HR projects;
  • Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in human resources management
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of Employment ordinance and related regulations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skill and proactive attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Asst.
