Our client is a leading Insurance Company, they are currently looking for a high calibre to fill up the below position:


Asst. Manager or Sr. Officer ,Customer Service or Call Centre - Insurance


Job Duties:

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to provide professional advice and good customer service to customers
  • Direct the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
  • Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets
  • Handle and follow up cases escalated by CSOs or sales team


Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre  in insurance / banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sr. Officer
