Our client, is a global listed company, business operation in HK, China, US, Middle East, and European markets, now looking for a HR professional to join its expanding business.


  • Report to the Head of HR and being the Recruitment & Selection and Employees' relations focal point for HK & APAC Operation, and assist in business planning
  • Strategic partner to local & regional business unit heads to provide professional advice, market survey analysis and recommendation, ensure HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, also influenced positively cultures, guided and aligned with the recruiting process of effective implementation and evaluate effectiveness
  • Develop and coach subordinates while providing opportunities for enhancing their professional skills and knowledge for coping with business needs and their career development
  • Perform professional HR tasks associated to plan, develop & execute, strategies input, formulate and review performance management.
  • Foster positive and influential relationships with all levels of employees to promote company core competencies and strengthen colleagues’ cognition through promotion, individual growth, team spirit, and ongoing support to different core values teams and staff activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed


  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in human resources development function, with at least 3 years in senior experience
  • Regional experience is a must for this position
  • Well versed in different countries labour ordinance and other related legislation, or worked in sizeable organisations, IT industries (IT, R&D, System, Electrics, or Telecom) is preferred
  • Strong planning, organising & execution skills
  • Detail-oriented, mature, adaptable, flexible, self-driven and able to solve problems in logical and practical approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
