An engineer manager (electronic/mechanical) position responsible for (electronic/mechanical) section in product development,manage electronic design, sample preparation, function & performance verification.

Client Details

Our client is a Hong Kong-based company and it manufactures and sells audio products. These include headphones, microphones, loudspeakers, and handsfree headsets. All these products are sold on an ODM/OEM (Original design manufacturer /Original equipment manufacturer) basis to well-known brands and international customers.


Mechanical Background candidate:

  • Lead and supervise the engineering members to prepare working plan and timeline for production.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments for product design and specifications, and project development.

  • Trouble-shooting and provide advice on quality improvement and enhance productivity efficiency

Electronic Background candidate:

  • Responsible for electronic section in product development, manage electronic design, sample preparation, function & performance verification and countermeasure of improvement
  • Follow up outsource products and to confirm electronic design, function / performance,improvement in the whole progress
  • Responsible for collection of technical data, BOM, circuit, PCB layout, etc.

  • Must be able to speak Japanese
  • solid engineering background
  • Excellent project management skill
  • Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
