The Role:

  • Provide full spectrum of clerical, logistic, administration and secretarial support for the department
  • Assist in preparation of the Board Audit Committee reports and Department’s Budget
  • Assist audit teams in HK and PRC for audit and project purposes
  • Assist to organise various functions/ activities and receive guests for both external and internal parties
  • Assist in documentation management to fulfil the internal and external standards
  • Prepare Chinese and English correspondences, reports and presentation slides for management
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks upon request

The Person:

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 5 years’ relevant experience, and work experience in secretarial role is required; Experience in secretarial support and reporting in an internal audit department is an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is a must
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills; Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in PC Applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
