  • Co-ordinate meetings and documentation of review and examination of audit / compliance / regulators
  • Monitor, track and follow up the audit and compliance logs 
  • Coordinate replies to findings of audit / compliance / regulators
  • Follow up implementation of recommendations of audit / compliance / regulators
  • Assist Compliance Officer in coordinating, promoting, and implementing compliance requirements
  • Report all incidents of regulatory / compliance breaches or audit findings on regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation of AML/CFT policy, controls and procedures
  • Track and report issues and significant matters relating to AML/CFT development, compliance tests or audit
  • Monitor operational compliance by reviewing regulations, internal policy and procedures pertinent to the department’s activities and operations and formulating mechanisms and procedures to monitor its compliance
  • Formulate and review checklists, logs or reports that capture daily non-compliant activities / transactions relating to regulations, internal policy and procedures and report to Department Head


  • University degree in Banking, Finance or Business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in compliance and/or audit in banking services or finance industry with ECF AML/CFT qualification OR AAMLP / CAMLP certification
  • Familiar with banking regulations, processes / products knowledge and procedure monitoring/controls
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and consolidate different ideas and opinions
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager / Senior Officer)
