  • Assist VP – Corporate Human Resources to manage/ coordinate/ monitor the daily HR operations in the various locations where the Group has its HR local
  • Work closely with Corporate Team Leads and local HR Leaders on HR relatedissues such as C&B/ HR Services and Support / budgeting/ Employee
  • Engagement & Compliance of local offices, organizational updates/ restructure, and performance management of the local offices.
  • Work closely with local HRs to review and revamp related policies & procedures for local offices to align with Corporate HR Strategy.
  • Work closely with local HRs on HR strategy in supporting the corporate culture, employee engagement and retention, team building and change management.
  • Any other ad hoc projects/ duties assigned by his/ her superior.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years at handling regional C&B and recruitment function in overseas offices. With MNC experience will be a definite advantage.
  • A thorough understanding of local labour laws, practice and policies for various markets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.  Fluencyin Mandarin is a must.
  • Independent, mature and able to manage multi-tasks within tight schedule.
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
