To analyze and review credits for Credit Committee and approve credits with designated credit authority.
To manage and enhance the credit management system.
To attend Credit Committee Meeting as applicable.
To manage the credit control on credit exposure account (e.g., follow up compliance of approval covenants / conditions, periodical interim review of financial status).
To provide comments on credit policies & related policies of other divisions / departments / subsidiaries.
To manage internal operation such as uplift of operation efficiency; allocation of duties; refinement of operations system and procedures.
To co-operate with internal / external control units for internal / external audit work; HKMA periodic review / ad hoc review / on-site examination.
Hands on experience with credit grading and remedial management as well as Basel II requirement.
Well-versed with trade finance and treasury products.
University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Accounting or Finance
At least 10-15 years credit experience, preferably including minimum 8 years of experiences in credit approval of corporate loan applications with Lending Authority
Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication and analytical skills
