Responsibilities:
- Connect with business partners to provide operational accounting as well as core banking system process streamlining solutions
- Improve of internal and external customer experience through operation process redesign, manage banking system development and enhance accounting and bank operation aspects
- Coordinate with different project stakeholders to gather user requirements
- Liaise with vendor/ ITD to ensure Core Banking System and Legacy System meet the relevant requirements of operational accounting and bank operation
- Liaise with all system users and vendors to prepare functional user requirements, develop test plan, prepare test cases as well as UAT
- Assist in resolving operational accounting issues arising from various banking systems
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Over 5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer/ Officer
