Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of private banking clients
- Provide investment portfolio analysis and advices to the clients according to their needs, desires and risk profile
- Define target market, analyze client needs and suggest scope of product enhancement
- Initiate and implement marketing strategies to promote a full range of investment and insurance products through a proactive & professional approach in achieving the business sales targets of the bank
- Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios
- Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management and/or retail banking premier sector
- Qualified under SFO for carrying out Regulated Activities Type 1, 4 and qualified as Insurance Intermediary
- Independent, ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both verbal and written English, Chinese and Mandarin, fluency in other dialects (e.g. Shanghai dialects) is a definite advantage
- Promising candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
